As Seen on HGTV: How Architectural Wraps Transformed a Texas Home Office

It started with a phone call from a production coordinator in Los Angeles. HGTV was scouting North Texas for a home-office transformation segment — something dramatic, fast, and visually stunning. A referral from Russell Holmes, host of HGTV's Renovation Impossible, landed the project in our lap, and what followed was one of the most personal, high-pressure installations in our history.

The Brief: A Final Touch That Had to Be Perfect

The renovation was already underway when we got the call. The production team had one final element left — the ceiling — and they needed it to be something special. Our role was to design, produce, and install a custom ceiling wrap that would serve as the finishing touch before the big reveal.

Racing the Reveal Clock

The entire installation took just a few hours — but those hours were intense. HGTV reveal deadlines are real, and the production crew was counting on us to finish on time. There was no room for error. We worked quickly and precisely, knowing that the homeowners were waiting just outside and the cameras were ready to roll.

We were under the gun the whole time — but when the family walked in and saw their names on the ceiling, every stressful minute was worth it.

The Reveal

When the homeowners finally walked in, the reaction said everything. The ceiling wrap tied the entire room together and gave the space a one-of-a-kind identity that was entirely their own. The production team was happy, the family was happy, and we were proud of what we pulled off under pressure. The episode aired nationally and remains one of our most memorable projects.
