Gas Monkey Garage in Dallas is the setting and subject of Discovery Channel’s Fast and Loud. Our project there started with something simple: a drawing handed to us on a piece of cardboard.
From Cardboard to High-Definition Wall Art
Architectural Wraps recreated that drawing as high-definition artwork for a custom wall mural. The challenge was to take an idea from a small, everyday surface and give it the clarity and scale it needed to become wall art, while keeping the character of the original drawing.
The finished mural brought that original idea into the Gas Monkey Garage space in Dallas. It is a memorable example of how a custom graphic can begin with a rough drawing and become a distinctive part of a branded environment.
